Yeah it's part of the whole family plan thing they have. You're allowed to have 5 accounts, you've already ran through one and assuming you took the $1 XBL Gold offer that they have whenever your free trial is about to end then you should have 4 accounts remaining for the free trial and 4 months for the $1 fee.

So if you really wanted to you could have 8 months of XBL Gold for $4.
