He retired a couple of years ago, I think it’s more accurate to say he’s been trying to un-retire ever since.

Would have been epic had they hired Mark Jackson.

New theory - not my own but I'm sharing it - Nunn is included in the Kyrie deal and Collison is to add some backup PG depth behind Kyrie.

I'm guessing its two separate deals. One swapping Westbrook for Kyrie + filler, another swapping THT + Nunn for Hield.

Lakers are going to need all the help they can get after the warriors land KD

We would be better off bringing back Augestein . DC is dust . But this is all speculation , the FO prob just likes the guy and is doing him a favor

He really screwed up retiring as early as he initially did. He still had positive value, could've easily gotten anywhere from 7-10M a year at that time. Unfortunately for him, I think he's done. It was a small sample size, but he looked pretty bad last season when I watched him. Doesn't even feel that long ago I was watching him blow up during his rookie year when he filled in while Chris Paul was hurt.

Darren isnt nba player anymore...

The Lakers should sign Schroeder, although I don't know what LAL's relationship with the player is like. From what I remember, the Lakers wanted him when he was transferred to Houston. All in all, it's not LAL's fault that Schroeder turned down their offer (that was so stupid we all know)....
Schroeder is good and can play defense. No market for him above vet min? It's really weird.

Feel like this happens every off season, if he wasn't good enough at 32 why would he be good enough at 34?

I would disagree there isn't a market above a vet min for him, it takes two to tango he could just be looking at all his option to sign with someone. why rush it if you don't feel comfortable commiting yet.

They don't need 35 year old 6 foot Collison-

Kyrie will probably end up there, otherwise they have Pip Jr-

You're not going to suck if you have made it this far in your basketball career and are now on an NBA roster.
and your faster is one of the NBA 50 greatest.

It's going to take him a couple of years, but he will figure it out.
I'd give him the minutes over Collison.

Pip courtside at Lakers games is going to be fun.

Time to stay retired permanently.
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing, Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before;

scene: after Collison and the rest of the coaching staff walk off the court, J.R. Smith stares at the row of basketballs and says he's going to hang tight for a minute

Lost millions retiring prematurely. Born gifted and wasted your gifts.
