hell no for trading knecht.... dlo for sexton, down.
I like Sexton's athleticism. However, he has yet to increase his three-point shooting volume. He shoots a good percentage, but he seems to like to score mostly from the mid-range and at the rim. This could be detrimental for the team, because AD, Lebron, Reaves, and Hachimura prefer to score in those areas. This would clog the lane. Am I wrong on this? Just take a look at Sexton's shooting numbers on basketball reference. Dont fall in love with his percentages. Look at his volume, and FG attempts by distance. Additionally, the spacing issues would be even my exasperated by having to play Kessler significant minutes, meaning AD would play minutes at the 4. I think we should prioritize replacing Dlo with another shooter. Preferably one who could defend, and handle the ball a little bit. Probably not much out there though. Have to really search. Nikeal Alexander-Walker or maybe Davion Mitchell some to mind. Both are relatively young too.

Kessler Walker just got ... 18 points, 14 reb and 5 blocks and was vs Jokic/Denver ... I didn't watch the game, but damn we could use that at the Center position :)

Problem is, he would only play 12-15 minutes behind AD, so a center of that caliber may be overkill, because we probably wouldn't be able to get him for cheap.

If we get Kessler he won't be playing behind AD. He is playing along side AD. It would be Bron playing point forward or Rui coming off the bench and probably Dalton or Max playing along side Austin at the guard position. That could happen if the Jazz are willing to take DLo or maybe Rui.

I would say; Kessler, AD, Rui <>until Vando back, AR, Bron

I just got home from work and see results VS Pistons, didn't see or highlights, but what the heck Is wrong with DLO I think all the trade talk gotten to him again, he'll probably shine once again just b4 the deadline and people be cheering for him, but I want him gone asap

This team needs fresh legs and by fresh I mean trade :)

This team sucks and i predict like 43 wins. No trades and you can put a fork in this team in december.

Is there any way we can trade for Frank Vogel back? You know it wasn't his fault 21-22 season was a mess

Rui back to his old self, beeing no factor on offense nor defense. AR looking rough out there. AD getting injured again.
I don't know what trades could save this team. Going to be a looong season.

Our bench is horrendous. Before the season we knew it was thin but it's even worse than I thought. Christie hasn't improved like we thought he would, Hayes hasn't made the next step, Knecht has been solid but can't play D, Vincent and Redish are giving us cardio and nothing more.

Wood and Vando might help, but man, we're pretty top heavy. Any chance we can combine Rui+Vando+Vincent two firsts for someone really good?

If you had a really good player...would you want Rui-Vando-Vincent and 2 first for him?? I sure as hell wouldn't. Vincent was on the floor for 18 minutes last night...didn't take a shot, grab a board, or assist. I coulda sat out there on the floor and contributed as much!

And now we find out AD has some sort of foot issue.......smh.

Shoulda broke this team up, and got picks, and rebuilt. It was beyond obvious.

If Jazz would agree in a trade centered around DLo and Kessler that would be great. We get a big that we badly need and we could let Dalton and Max get more minutes once DLo is gone. We are really thin at the C right now especially with Jax having issues. That only leaves AD at the C. So having Kessler at this point will be huge.

I like Max a lot and "still hoping" for that break out part of his game, but only want him around 20-25 minutes depending how he going on the game. He should start for 5-6 minutes and play along with Ad/Bron/Rui/Max/AR then you can enter DLO In for *cough* scoring off the bench.

I just want DLO either traded OR benched one or the other. Trade won't happen until after the road trip, hopefully sooner better then later

Nothing wrong with DLo. Ainge is in FULL TANK MODE so they can get the ultimate prize, Cooper Flagg! :D
Kessler and Sexton has been a bit too productive for Danny's taste and acquiring a Lazy defender with an expiring contract like DLo would help Utah accomplish their objectives.
Throw in that Magic Bean Gabe Vincent that Rob bought from Miami's swindler Spoelstra.

I'm still willing to give Max a chance but I'd prefer to give more minutes to Dalton. I think Max is better defensively but Dalton is offensively better. As for DLo, I agree with you but I prefer to trade him than to bench him. It's better to swap him for someone that could really help us. Hopefully a big.

Package Hayes and D Lo.

Until then, D Lo would make the offense of the second unit better and his offense is not needed by the starters.

AD needs to help this team out and ask out. Only way we'll blow it all up. It's time.

DLO still can't out score Reaves lmao, tied for 16 with Reaves once that's about It ... Starting to think Cam should start Instead of DLO now, will JJ have the balls to bench DLO?

It really depends how young and how good your player is. No way if it's Wemby, SGA,and not even Banchero, Chet etc.
But if it's an aging 28+old player for 2 FRP'S? in 2029 and '31? with no more Lebron and AD in 3 years, are you kidding me?
Probably they would not want that damaged Vando who has a contract until 2028 believe it or not. :banghead:
But they probably want Knecht AND that expiring contract of DLo so their payroll would be very manageable next season.
