Anyone else think the Cousins move will make LeBron recruits harder to bring star FAs to LA? I mean if he doesn’t then it looks like this

Is anyone paying attention to the contract Boogie just signed? Safe to say, nobody, even GSW expects Cousins to be anything like he was the first half of last season... He's a gamble, but a gamble GSW can afford to make right now...
He's not an "All Star" and I certainly wouldn't bet on him starting before Christmas.

Boogie's injury happened in Jan 2018. It needs 9-12 months of recovery and rehab.
I'd be surprised if he comes back before the new year.

After sleeping on this, it still doesn't feel like a reality.
I can't believe he actually chose us. This feels freaking weird man.

Re: LEBRON TO LAKERS: 4 YRS/$154M
So weird/weirdly awesome that we are likely to see Lebron do the following in the next 4 years:
Pass the one player he has been compared to his whole career i nthe GOAT race in points in MJ
Pass the Laker legend he took the torch from both in the NBA overall and now in the Laker Dynasty in points in Kobe.
Pass another LAker Legend in a record many thought would never be broken in the all time scoring title. Also a really long shot thouhg, especially in the next 4 years (He would need to average around 26 points in 70 games per season)
All of those moments would be incredible to see as fans of basketball. We are the lakers and winning is obviously priority number one, and considering the quality of lebron even at this age this is obviously a step in the right direction in that department, but these few years are going to FUN in many other ways as well.
My only concern is a Kobe-esque big injury out of nowhere. We really need to take a Duncan approach with Lebron in these few years...we simply can't run him into the ground like MDA did with Kobe. If Bron stays healthy, we are looking at 4 awesome years with the potential to really reach true contendership as well.....whether that's done true asset management and cap flexibility, or through internal growth through our young guys, who I'm still not giving up on, especially BI.

Whelp, guess it's time to jump back on that bandwagon.
Hell of a signing. I've been routing for James the past few years and it'll be great cheering him on while he wears the P&G.

Congratulations Laker fans, you finally have the GOAT. You can continue to hate him if you want.

When is the signing going to be made official? I have this sliver of doubt in my body until the Lakers announce it.
