Personally, I'll try to trade Lebron before the deadline. If that doesn't happen he needs to earn his team mates trust back. Try to win games single handedly and somehow pray to basketball gods you make it to the playoffs. Because at this point I don't care anymore if we make the playoffs or not. LeBron and Klutch is destroying this franchise.

This.
He has one option only and he needs to do it tomorrow or he should be traded by the TD for AD.
He has to pull out one knife at a time and have a face to face where he squares this garbage up, like a man.
I drafted the absolutely necessary for him to say through the media above. And it’ll still take a while before this group plays for each other again, even if he begs their forgiveness and cries and sings Kumbaya.
By now, Demps would probably do it just to piss AD and LBJ off. Pelagic should be pissed enough at LeBron for the damn dinner BS which more or less made it impossible for Demps to say yes to any offer.
It would sure send no-meddling signals to the players. That’s what this was about, as mentioned here by some — players vs GMs, not basketball or team. If I were the owner, I’d probably consider this a crisis and take charge to right the ship.

Re: Now that LeGroin has put a knife in his team mates’ backs...
From a personnel standpoint, the Lakers handled negotiations with New Orleans incredibly poorly... But from a modern NBA, social media standpoint, I think they did an excellent job...
So it's tough... It's like you can't really protect the players anymore from this because everyone demands full access...
It's hard for me to blame LeBron for this, but if the players feel like it's his fault, they'd know a lot better than we would...

I see this team playing for each other again once LeBron is not with them. I'll put LeBron in the trade market right now and give him away for the best offer. Willing to add a draft pick just to make it happen.

Lebron handled it poorly. If he wanted to work from behind scene using Klutch, he could have done it. For a few times now he's spoken on AD trade publicly. Heck, he is the one who started it saying he would want to play with AD back in Dec.
From Ingram, Ball and Kuzma perspective, "OK this dude just got here literally 4 months ago and he's already playing the boss." Of course they would not tell this publicly (I sure wish they do) but there isn't going to be trust moving forward.

Why not three picks, or a historical four?
We have enough youth for a while in Ball, Ingram, Zubac, Kuzma, Hart, Wagner.
Welcome to LA, AD! Kawhi or Klay or Durant will join you in the summer.

Don't worry guys.
it's only 4 years and if we don't get that 2nd star player this off-season probably less..
It will go by just like that.

I can't imagine him staying 3 more years in LA.
And what he is already past 34? Sheesh. With losses and all, the **** is gonna hit the fan quick.

Yeah, I blame Magic for this mess WAY more than I blame LeBron. I’m not happy about the way that LeBron has handled things, but Magic has made numerous bad decisions that have led us here.

Brandon Ingram on the “LeBron’s gonna trade you” chants: “Yeah I heard it. I still made the free throw.”

I bet Philly would offer up Ben Simmons for the chance to put Bron, Embiid and Butler together.
For the Lakers, trade Lonzo (and his father) for more picks and then build with Simmons, Kuzma, Ingram etc.

You guys trade LeBron, your chances of getting Kawhi go way up. If you were KL, you might take another look at the Lakers to join with AD or Simmons or X. Not with LBJ. imho.

No player is bigger than the Lakers.
He’s the victim. Not yet, but soon. The kids will handle it better than he will. This will forge them tighter together.
