Nice, its a sustainable program that will do wonders to your base strength. The gains you achieve will be progressive rather than just be a one hit thing like P90x.

played with an all star cast yesterday Steppenwolf and Raging Arb and Jesse from Supertramp at a beach festival. It was the big finale so there was over a thousand people and lots of photographers.... good time to have my zipper wide open I guess. :banghead:

every workout I'm adding 5-10 lbs. yesterday was weird. didn't feel much gain today. I don't feel any muscle pain or whatever. btw, I've been substituting dumbbells for bench presses. aside from the bench always occupied

, thought of using 2 free weights so the right and left sides are independent of one another while I lift. genius, stupid, or meh?
