If they can't, let hill walk and don't exercise that option

Can't trade Hill anymore without picking up his option I believe.

No I mean make the calls starting now to the deadline to extend. If you get a verbal handshake deal with someone you can trust, pick it up and then complete the deal on draft night. If there is no deal, don't exercise the option on Hill, and draft who you want. We have a couple days to decide on whether to pick up the option or not

I personally just don't think its a guarantee Minny goes Towns or Phili goes Russell. I think Okafor and Muiday have legit ass shots of being taken and that NY and LA will benefit. Even then Okafor and Muiday are far from bad consolation prizes.

General tank was sweating like a ****. Probably saying he would not have a job, him would be gone, and he would be embarrassed on national tv if we lose the pick. He was sweat if buckets in HD

He's also Andrew Wiggins' agent, and the Wolves org has a long history of signing his guys.

A worst case I see Randle and Okafor as LO and Pau. I see Muiday as a guy who is explosive and a defensive player first, like Russ coming out of Uclaa no the Knicks need that leadership as they've lacked if since Kidd left. They will be better off than they were before the draft night, as they now have talenented pieces or at the very least assets

Teams don't get bluffed like this anymore. Towns can feel whatever he wants, but the Wolves are taking him. It's a lock.

I'm worried it will be a layup line on the defensive end. I kinda prefer Russell but don't think there is any way we pass on Okafor.

I think the Lakers will experiment with Randle at the 3 during summer league.

If they think they won't match (Chicago will match butler) they can also just throw money at Tobias Harris now who is in his early 20s. Pay Tobias and Rondo, then sign Ed/Booz back as backups.

Not really. He, Okafor, and Muiday skipped the combine for a reason. They don't have to interview, workout, or be medically evaluated by anyone they don't want. The combine guys all were did at the dog and pony show

Sounds like both Towns and Okafor want to play for the Lake Show. I wonder who's going to tank their workout with the T-wolves harder?
