Lakers beat Denver twice at their court. Ad swallowed jokic the first time and Howard the second time.

They beat Houston at houston with no ad, Miami (first team to beat Miami at home),

They've had several..fans just selectively apply which ones are impressive

When the Lakers beat the teams, it's not a big win. When the teams that the Lakers beat end up beating them, it's suddenly a big game and a disappointing or terrible loss for some reason.

 I don't blame you in the slightest. What bothers me the most is with the coaches. You see someone like David Fizdale go on TV and pump up Rondo like no tomorrow and I said to myself, "Huh, no wonder he doesn't have a coaching job."

These players and coaches really need to watch the tape. Rondo has a place in certain match-ups and certain games for minor stretches, but that's it. The fact that he has to perform awful for Alex Caruso to come into the game is a travesty.

I still dont get Vogels play calling late in games, after time outs. All coaches, phil, doc, name it, they all call and diagram set pieces or plays. I dont recall a late game situation where anything is diagrammed. Get others involved.

Great win over a very good team.

Edit: and really good to see James in attack mode, and playing defense.

He was in playoff mode last night. Amazing to see LeBron operate on a high level.

Dwight Howard is so damn strong. Doughboy Jokic couldn't do anything last night against him. Guys just bounce right off of him.

This is fake news. You didn’t hang up ****...“hoooolmes”.

Your mind is made up on Rondo so nothing anyone can say to admit that there is a place for him in the rotation. I’m of the opinion that IF he attacks and gets a shot or 2 to go in, he becomes a threat and then he can dictate offense to others. Like it or not, he is our best option to run the offense when Bron sits or when he needs to take possessions off.

Like Rondo, Kuz is also having to find a new way to play (less touches ) as a result of playing alongside 23 and 3.

Agree to disagree so we shall see how they make out the rest of the way.

And Kawhi gives his Doctors note to Vogel stating “please excuse my player. err patient from playing more than 6 mins because or various physical and mental issues/illness aka load of crap management” signed by Doctor Rivers and Steve the EmBalmer.

There is only a place in the rotation for him if half of the other players are injured. He's been terrible for the vast majority of the season. He has 1 good game every 12-15 games. When he doesn't have a good game, he stops the ball, doesn't play a lick of defense, and kills momentum. How many times does he have to come in and crater the team before you realize that? The difference between the team with Rondo and the team with Caruso last night was night and day. He should be glued to the bench.

Hard fought game. I'm glad they got the win. Davis and James were great but I also think Howard was huge in that game.

I thought that cut caruso made to the basket for the score was big. It showed his head was into the game, and he was going to be aggressive all game long. Thats a trademark of bron teams in the past. Guys were more than just waiting around up top. They were aggressive when opportunities presented itself. Shot ready. Looking for spots and gaps in their roles to attack.
Kuzma seems to be trying to figure it out. I hope he finds it, cause were gonna need it 2nd half.

First post in 8 months, lol. And I did fudge a little bit -- I mentally hung up.

I just don't want to hear about f'ing touches, especially with past-prime bench players. Good players can do other things and don't need touches to make an impact. But I guess that's why he's making $2.5 million per on his sixth team.

Also, my man is a former PG himself, so he's got a natural affinity for players who overdribble and monopolize the offense.

Vogel tests a strategy in five game bursts. He’s methodical. Caruso is valuable to Vogel. So is Rondo, no matter what anyone here says. He has to keep them both happy.

Hopefully we’ll soon see Caruso in a 10 man rotation, or in one expanded to 11, for a five game stretch.
