need somethin more than powder proteins

Creatine doesn't cause body acne. Infact this is the first time I'm hearing about it. It does cause water absorption but even that is from old school creatine monohydrate and will reverse out if you get off it for a week.

Try kre-alkalyn, its more modern and helps more with recovery. I actually saw some good results with it.

I'm actually using monohydrate since a bit of water absorption makes my muscle look fuller, which is fine for a naturally skinny person.

Yeah, not as frequently as I used to in college but I try to get in 3-4 sessions every week.

To be fair I have a naturally oily skin but I haven;t seen any unusual bit of acne from creatine usage. I do however see acne when I don't shave every other day.

^Creatine? Yeah for like 2-3 years now.

I use Kre-alkalyn when I work out 5-6 days a week for recovery. Monohydrate when I do 3-4 sessions with emphasis on weight.

Its barely noticeable unless you are shirtless and being skinny I like the fullness and definition from the bloat. "Bloat" is actually a rather drastic word to describe it to be fair, its just a bit of water retention.
