i think after a while warnings go away don't they? like after a certain amount of time (of good behavior presumably) your warning level drops

So I went to an open since me and my gf are looking for a place for the school year. The place was in a decent area and not to expensive. The problem is that there's no laundry machine and that they are looking for someone to rent for now and we are not interested until september. I'm already paying rent for this place I'm staying for summer school do it doesn't make sense that I pay for two places at once.

In other news I ordered a book from amazon delivered to the place i'm staying, but the key they gave me to open the parcel mailbox isnt working. I have considered prying open the mailbox because its been a week and USPS has done nothing for me since i called them.
