wtf my phone is jailbroken and i mostly use it for is texting/phone/safari and the occasional gps/other useful stuff. you guys arent business men or jet setting entrepreneurs, wtf do you need your phones to do? i dont get why people rag on iOS when like 99% of the people doing so use it for facebook and texting. some people dont even jailbreak it and still complain. it blows my mind.

i really haven't heard anyone with an iphone complain, because most chances are they know little to nothing about technology to distinguish the major differences between jellybean and iOS. it's mostly android people who go on tangents about how crappy iOS is. android users are generally more tech savvy than apple users.

are you kidding? half the internet has opened up a can of hate on apple in part due to the whole lawsuit thing and it has snowballed into hate on the iphone. just go look at reddit and anyone who brings up the iphone and youre going to find a vast majority of people hating on it, whether they are android users are not. i just personally have a problem when people around my age and my friends go on about phones and hating/comparing them when almost all of them use them for nothing but the bare basics. and idk about you but i find my friends doing that constantly.

you're talking about something totally different. most of the hate these days come from the lawsuits, not the iOS. and it sounds like your friends follow trends and since the new trend is to hate anything apple, well....

no the hate is directed specifically at the iOS and how the phone operates. its not like people are going "hurr apple lawsuit hate iphones for no reason." they have legit criticisms of iOS.

lol no, and you probably meant samsung. and would you be surprised if i told you that samsung makes all the core components of the iphone and even made the screen for the iphone 5 until apple got pissy at the last minute and decided to go with a different maker?

but why dough. i mean their is a ton of lame people on reddit, but that describes like a majority of the internet. theres a lot of awesome sub reddits (not the big ones like /movies or /nba but more specific ones). theres no real reason to dislike reddit. its a useful website with some pretty cool stuff if you know where to look.

lol at you even wasting your time listening to people like that. considering the iOS 6 hasn't even come out yet "hurr apple lawsuit hate iphones for no reason." is exactly what it should be taken as. if there's a core problem with the simplicity ("dull" or whatever) of the OS then tell your friends to quit bitching and buy a new phone.

well im not just talking friends im talking in general. also its not aimed specifically at the new iOS. lets not pretend like iOS is perfect. since i jail broke my phone i personally have no idea how i used it before that. it makes even doing the simple stuff easier, more fluid, etc.

its not a good thing that i have to do that to really unlock my phones most basic potential.

well 4chan is like where a lot of funny stuff first came from, and its the originator of a lot of popular things but there is in fact a ton of **** on 4chan and nowadays its not nearly as awesome as it was as recently as like a year ago. and realgm and reddit are entirely different things. realgm for the most part is just awful apart from like comm threads and occasional things that smart posters post on like the PC or stat board. reddit, like i said, has some cool stuff.

then theres stuff like 9gag which is where everything funny goes to die.

"perfect" and "iOS" have not been typed in the same sentence by me at all today, ever actually. and you have to root an android phone to get its full capabilities, so either way you have to jailbreak/root both phones. not really sure what you're getting at.
