Speaking of **** illnesses, I've had a borderline severe IBS type flare up for around a couple of months, tried every kind of elimination diet possible to no use. Finally remembered that I wasn't taking my vitamin D supplements for a few months, started taking a large dose for a couple of days and I'm suddenly better. Take your vitamin levels seriously kids.
