Good win but made it harder than it had to be. Kobe didn't really want to go into the mode he went into but he had to because the very thing his teammates was doing in the first half they stop doing in the second and that was moving off the ball.

Guys want to blame Kobe for so many things, but that was totally on his guys....it's like they tighten up as the game goes on instead of just playing.

I enjoy seeing Kobe play like this more than I do the thought of getting a lottery pick next year...

It's equally annoying when people give this undue praise to Nick Young.

Then home come no one ever says this to the Nick Young fanboys?

Tee212 wrote:team effort ...hence his 12 assist. ofc nick helped alot. we missed a scoring punch off the bench all year. its nice to see scott leave nick in during crunch time.

Again, in Nick's first game back no one gave any credit to Lin, Boozer or Hill, none whatsoever. That's my problem. And no it's not good to see him left in during crunch time, his defense is horrible.

Believe me, you're preaching to the choir here in regards to always expecting the best from your team. Until next time in Toronto.

I think some of that stems from the fact Kobe gives a very short leash. If the role players miss one or two shots Kobe tries to win the game all by himself and we know how that's been working out lately.

Lol...the Raptors GT got to 186 pages ! Damn even in our prime days when we were winning we didn't get to that. Over 100 was a good night for us back in the days. Especially when chicken fights use to break out !

Damn those was the days.

Canada only has one team thus so many members on the Raps board. Ours has by far the most on RealGM.

in our prime we barely got to 35 pages

that said, if lakersground ever migrated to realgm, we'd top the raps easily

No, you don't want this, take it back.

Also, FWIW, I still think we'd fall short of the Raps following.

Lakers beat a team that's leading the worst Eastern Conference probably in NBA history. The same team last year that finished with 48 wins which wouldn't be good enough for a playoff seed in the West.

What's there to congratulate?

Any win is a good one isn't it? I am just giving the Lakers and atta-boy is all. I don't troll like many...I prefer to gain some respect on the boards and not make enemies. Once again GG.

That's how you wanna gain respect?
