Speaking of supplements I think I need a new preworkout. I've been on C4 for almost 3 months, and the effects are starting to wear off...I'm really lacking energy on certain mornings. I'm thinking about increasing the dosage to two full scoops to see what happens, hopefully it doesn't cause tachycardia.

Take a break on preworkouts. They'll signal you to crash once you take it too much. I'm sure Slava can give us the exact scientific language.

Ive actually have started to work on strength, but not like you guys. Im starting to pick up biking and have started working on my swimming form. I want to do an iron man in the next three years,

Damn Ty that link kick ass. The guy goes into depth about the reps from week 1 to week 4 but doesn't mention how many sets. I'm assuming three sets.

The food I can handle ill just need to google slow and fast digesting carbs and fats for variety.

thing that gets crazy is the supplements (only mentioned the bare minimum one should take). I'll probably get whey Casien, multivitamin and fish oil. I'm still debating whether or not to take creating. You think I would need anything else?

If you guys havent watched the show "Luther" on Netflix or Hulu I'd recommend it. Its a great watch, really short though. Probably about 13 episodes total

Luther was fun for a while but it started reaching into some far fetched situations and I got tuned out.
