Right behind .............................

Magic Johnson . LOL

Magic with 10141 Career assists.

An Nashy with 9916 thus far.

Three year deal, I think it is safe to say he is gonna break Magic's record pretty soon!!! Nice that he's gonna be a Laker in doing so!!!!!!

I CAN"T **** STOP SMILING!!!!

See location.

Nice.

I know Dwights been a mega diva these past couple years but I still want the Lakers to try an pursue him.
Like it would matter that much cause Steve Nash is gonna make Andrew Bynum look like Wilt Chamberlain anyways.
I just want the Lakers to get super stacked (or according to haters, super Fake LMAO) just so I could read some of the war crys from the Laker haters in the GB.
It's Good LOLZ Toilet Reading Material

His production on the court hasn't slipped at all despite having the team being stripped of it's talent year after year. The main thing is to limit his minutes, the only time his production slipped was when the Suns were trying to make playoff pushes the last couple years and played him too much(wasn't as bad last season but he was playing hurt to end 2011). He won't have to carry a bunch of dead weight with the Lakers so as long as Woodson doesn't run him into the ground he should be alright.

One thing to note is Nash usually starts the season really slowly, especially when he has to get acclimated to a bunch of new teammates. I wouldn't read too much into it if he appears to be struggling the 1st month, he'll figure it out. But you can expect some early season threads on how Nash is finished(been making their annual appearance on the GB since 2005).

Howard + shooter for Bynum and Gasol seems like a no-brainer at this point. Our bigs are trash defensively, and with Nash on board we need one legit post player who runs the floor well and can play great defense. Howard fits the bill.

Our starting bigs have proven themselves to be absolute trash the past two seasons. Time to cut ties and go after the big prize.

Both aren't getting traded for Howard.

He means Howard for Bynum and Gasol for shooters.

Personally i'd rather keep Gasol and hope we get Jrich back in the Howard trade.

Either way Howard for Bynum needs to be done. Like, yesterday.

So we all agree Dave McMenamin's source saying Lakers will keep Pau and Drew now that we got Nash is a smokescreen?

Ah, well I'd rather keep Gasol as well. Too much of a team with Gasol on board to pass up.

Howard

Look at that, just look at it.

No. Getting Nash makes me want to do both the ORL D12 + JRich for Bynum + MWP deal
and the ATL JSmoove + AMorrow for Pau deal

even more.

Get more athletic, a bit smaller on our frontcourt. Allow us to get transition buckets, ridiculous rebounding and the league's best helpside defense. Pretty good PNR defense too, but Miami owns that dept with Bosh + Wade/Bron

Before Nash trade, I was favoring keeping Bynum and trading Gasol for Minnesota's offering, for comparison.

We got Steve Nash for nothing. Great job Mitch.

2 things to be concerned about.

Mike Brown managing Steve Nash's minutes

Steve Black backing up Mr. Nash

We saw how mike managed Kobe's minutes last year, I thought he did a terrible job and I do not think Steve Blake has anything left in the tank.
