I thought IM3 was a bit disappointing. If you watched the first two you still gotta watch it though IMO.

its probably gonna be the last Ironman movie (he's still gonna appear in the Avengers sequel) since he removed the scrap Metal chest plate in the end and there is really no more enemies for Tony Stark.
I thought they could of done better knowing this was gonna be the finale.

Its not the calories I worry about, I do enough to get on a calorie deficit with workouts but its the sugar and the ensuing insulin spike. I actually like the taste of coke zero better than regular coke.

I recently came to know about the detriment of growth hormone in milk and that scared me enough to shop at whole foods for a month.

I generally just go with non-processed foods. Whole foods would be my go to if I had the $. I do buy free range eggs now though and they even taste better.

It won't really be that expensive if you buy fruit, veggies and diary at whole foods and other stuff at a common store. Also whole foods attracts the best women in town.

that's what I buy there minus dairy (I do get my greek yogurt there sometimes). go across the street, get a starbucks and do my grocery shopping at whole foods. the hipster way.
