This actually makes the most sense.

It's a bit unfair to shove down the throat a roster with players that they might not like.

We'll finish this, and make a list with the available players, plus the players from the two rosters. And they can take turns until they fill their 15 man roster.

FYI Earl's team comes with the #10 & #15 picks in this year's rookie/free agent draft, while Doormatt's only has pick #21.
Of course that's all moot, if the league goes with the pool, but those picks need to be included as well.
