not really. microsoft's conference was pretty app heavy, only took them roughly 45 mins to go over their game lineup. the rest of the time was spent showing kinect's new features and streaming apps like nba league pass.

nintendo's had the best presentation so far and they haven't even held their e3 press conference yet. i don't know what they're going to do at e3, but their video yesterday has stolen the show. ubisoft's press conference was pretty good too.

I felt the same so that's why I quit a long time ago. I always felt like I was meant to have a good, successful life and take care of my family. When I was playing, being one of the elite on Xbox Live doesn't have anything to do with that. Sure it's fun, but it was a waste of time, energy, and effort when I thought about it.
I rather be healthy, work hard, meet lots of people, travel as much as I can, and just enjoy life; I can't accomplish any of that sitting at home playing games.

Same goes to one of my friends in Vietnam. He tells me he wants to drive a Camaro, become more independent, learn Mandarin, get married with his girlfriend, and yet all he does all day is play video games. He finally told me he quit playing last week.

I must apologize. I've been so busy that I have not had the time to talk to you more. I'll do my best to spend more quality time with you. But I'm happy to see miles is spending more time on RGM. :kiss

you make it sound so very black and white when life is not like that. as if playing video games actually hinders you from being successful and enjoying things in life, which no offense if thats what you mean, is sort of (Please Use More Appropriate Word). if you cant balance things in your life then obviously anything can stop you from enjoying it. if not video games, then food, or drugs, or tv or something like that. video games are fun, theres no reason you cant sit around and play them and still have fun in life. i do it. its not hard. if people feel they cant do that then thats okay too, but lets not pretend like video games are the problem, its the person and their personality with the problem.
