Tbh, I have nothing but respect for moonie. Don't hold a single thing against him and if he feels that way, he shouldn't.

I respect him for being a **** thief.  He had the only vetoed deal in the league history as well(something with Tylerslakers)
and has done these types of robberies over and over again.

I have a problem with the **** who keep falling for this shtick.

And before you bring up my deals from the past season, don't. Barnes/Sengun/Sochan/Giddey have all proven their worth as absolute cornerstones future assets in this league.

I gave up A LOT from tomorrow to get A LOT from today.

We need clear draft rules moving forward for next year too. A Live Draft maybe like I've been recommending for years. But if we can't agree to a live draft, then at the least go back to the 24 hour time frame for selection. Make it clear to everyone to be ready once the draft officially kicks off. Dish out one final warning after 24-48 hours. If they don't select, the pick gets made for them. Anything beats what is happening right now. This **** is awful.

I agree on the bolded. Just because we all knew Ty was drafting Wemby and made the selection last year doesn't mean the draft officially started - or at least, I never took it as such.

I'm with insfo in that the draft last year didn't officially start until much later. I wasn't expecting the draft to start until after Summer League but I get it - I'm new and I don't know what you've done prior to last year.

So next year, either take a poll early in the summer to determine when the collective wants the draft to officially start.. or as the Commishs just set a clear, official date and make sure we all work with it.

WHAT I DON'T REMEMBER THE VUC ONE

I was aware of the Jrue situation, big gamble for sure, but I wanted assists and somehow retain STOCKS. Holiday at least still has a steady role in Milwaukee as the lead PG. Another wing project and picks were of course the other goals, my team isn't getting younger and somehow had redundant stats. Turner is still solid for sure, but Carlisle might finally tap into that potential of Jackson and Smith to shake things up after that 11th place finish

Patrick's 3rd year trajectory apparently is similar with OG's, with OG only having significant advantages in STLS and FG%, but Williams with better 3 and FT%s

OG Anunoby (2 years removed from that Kawhi team)
10.6 points
5.3 rebounds
1.6 assists
1.5 steals
0.7 blocks
50.5% FG
39% 3FG
70% FT

Patrick Williams (behind ball dominant wings and guards)
10.2 points
4.0 rebounds
1.2 assists
0.9 steals
0.9 blocks
46.4% FG
41.5% 3FG
85.7% FT

Would I have preferred OG? Sure, but the assets I'm giving up I'd rather keep. Huerter can at least dish dimes wherein Bogdan can be one dimensional. Rozier I still like and I'm not worried about Miller at the moment, but who knows.

I'll make my pick tomorrow night. Too damn sleep to make the final call.

I'm also making the 5th pick available in the mean time in case someone offers me something enticing. Shoot your shot boys.

You can have Branham back.

Can't believe you sent him like a dirty underwear to me. Kid showed serious flashes last year and just murdered us in the SL.
