have you guys watched frank yangs videos on youtube? really makes me want to go to the gym and start to get some real muscles. lol some dude i went to high school with that was skinny as **** is now yoked as **** from just eating **** tons of protein and calories and lifting. not that i want to be a bodybuilder but getting bigger is definitely appealing im just lazy as hell.

Is that all he did? Could just be my gym, but most of the people with 'real' muscles cycled at least once.

well yeah i dont know if he cycled, he might have.

idk why but i have a hard time finding the motivation to go the gym consistently. got a membership for awhile but only went a few times.

If you have good genes, 3 good months is all you need, provided you can stay injury free to get a good deal of swole. I've seen high school football players get transformed into college shape in just over the summer.
