It pisses me off that so many people are talking about how brave, and courageous he is. How he has "valor" for doing what he's doing. Hard for me to swallow personally given what I do that our society sees it that way.

To me understanding that is complicated. I am indifferent in the matter. What I don't like though is how the media makes a big deal about it as if it were the first time this happens.
