Isaac back to playing 5 on 5.
I feel for moonie. He's finally getting a glimpse of him after that trade so many years ago.
But also Bol Bol's value will go down the dumpster. There's absolutely no **** way they have minutes for all of them, and barring a trade, they will probably have to choose between Bol and Isaac who plays and who doesn't.

I have a gazillion bigs but no real shotblocker.
I'm putting Sengun on the line for the right offer. Looking for a consistent blocks source.

Doesn't help that Kenyon Martin Jr. finally found his grooveROballer wrote:He's hardly doing anything else as well.DoctaJ wrote:ROballer wrote:I was also wrong about Jabari Smith. What a pile of trash he is. The fact that this guy is being spoon fed minutes just because he was a high pick is a disgrace to the league.
Yikes. I hadn't really been following him but nearly 30 minutes a game and he's only shot above .350 in one game.
That is a pretty bad start
At least you can impact the game in other ways. He's playing 30 mins per game.
My Sochan looks like Jesus compared to him and he's getting low stats himself.

My bigs decided to be PG's, that's what happened. I get a gazillion assists from them but no blocks.

Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League - Year 9
Sweet baby Jesus, thank you for Charles Bassey.
This guy is a stud, added multiple times last year but he never stood a chance under Doc Rivers.
As soon as he was signed by the Spurs, I had my eyes on him but it was a matter of knowing when to add. After he dropped 33/15/4 in his first G-league game I decided to risk it because I knew moonie likes him as well. Was prepared for a non stat stash.
Now Zach Collins is out with a fracture. It's unfortunate because I own Zach as well, but on the other hand I'm happy for Charles.
He's getting good minutes for the forseeable future and when Poeltl gets traded, look out!

Now if only OKC and NY can stick with this rotation. At least we'll know what to expect

Yup that's why I had grabbed him beginning of the year. Should have held on but didn't think he'd get the opportunity this year. He's a stud though.
I would love for them to package away GTJr - not much a fan of his.

Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League - Year 9
He's a **** insufferable chucker IMO.
He's an ok defender but he gambles a lot for steals. He's a good but not great shooter(and not this year).
Doesn't rebound or pass the ball at all. 16 shots for 18 pts last year, 14 shots for 16 points this year.
I think that's pretty terrible IMO.
I've watched more Raptors games than Lakers because of Scottie, he's in a rut lately but he'll figure it out. But it's inexcusable IMO for him to be the 5th banana when all of the guys are healthy.
Last year I got it, he was a rookie. This year though I don't.
I get Siakam, he's a stud. But he should be the 2nd option on this team. Not Fred, not OG and especially not Trent.
I don't even care about it honestly fantasy wise because I'm punting points. But as a fan, I think he's much more than the Raptors are giving him right now.
And Banton deserves a legit role.
I want a trade. Get your canadian Shai, send Scottie to OKC.

Buddy, if I could make that happen I would.
And yeah Scottie will figure out - he's just never been an aggressive guy to me (even when I watched a bit in college). Always seems to defer too much but hopefully he'll realize soon that the team is better when he's not as complacent. Would definitely help if Trent was gone. OG for the most part has seemed like he's accepted the role of being the best defender and not really forcing offense. Been pleased watching his game so far this year. I've got a love/hate with Fred - I won't even get into it.
Only thing really holding Banton back from a bigger role (imo) is his shot and honestly, it already looks much improved since last year and even pre-season. Only up for him!

Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League - Year 9
The deal I would do from all sides (except maybe OKC because I have no idea what the F their goal is lol)
Raptors trades Fred, GTJr for SGA, Dort
Lakers trades Westbrook for Fred, GTJr
OKC trades SGA, Dort
plus whatever LA and TOR picks to OKC
I would add Barnes in there to OKC for less/no TOR picks going out
That is if LA doesn't blow up and trade LeBron and AD - which is what I am for

I dropped the wrong player by mistake, so I immediately corrected it.
(This has been done before for other managers in previous seasons when they dropped someone by mistake)

Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League - Year 9
I would not be opposed to a veto. Kinda have some regrets already.
Sengun is one of my sons. If not for how the Rockets are treating him, he would have cracked my IMMORTAL 4 group and make it a quintet.
But the fact the Rockets are so **** dumb and they will have the biggest odds to get Victor, it makes me a little bit scared.
I have no doubt he'll reach stardom, but I don't think I'm gonna be patient enough to wait for a trade if they do get Victor. This thing could linger.
