plus you have to realize when star wars came out, visually it was amazing for its time. idk how anyone could just watch it and not love it. i remember when i was a little kid my brother had a tape of the trilogy somehow and he got mad when i took the tapes to watch them from his room.

can't find a convincing full body workout regimen. I only plan to go to the gym twice a week.

You trying to get swole or are you trying to trim down and rip up?

Trying to get swole- pull ups, dumbells, squats , and just hit up all the weight machines in cycle trainning mode. Like high reps , lower number of sets

Trim down and rip up- swimming is the absolute best for shredding fat all throughout your body. Then hit pull ups , dips, sit ups and pushups.

Both of those situations shouldnt take longer than 2 hours a day if you manage your time right.

Plus if you eat right throughout the week you should achieve your goals faster than expected

I need to add strength plus rip up, but I'm not trying to get swole. I plan on finding a regimen with a lot of compound movements to hit major muscle groups. I do eat a lot but my metabolism is really high.

I do want to try out swimming but I don't have access to any. considering that 5x5 thing.

Wake up, no city buses come to take me to the shuttle I catch to work so I "walk" 20 minutes in 12 minutes with a backpack/laptop and in blue jeans (work requires long pants). On the way my vigorous walking style somehow jimmied my coffee lose from the side of my backpack and it poured hot coffee down my side. I make it to the bus barely, and sweaty at this point. Get down to work only to realize that there are students from another university here today and one of them was assigned to my desk :sigh:

. At least I'll get to go home early?

Also, update in all things Ryan, my summer research abstract got accepted to the annual biomedical engineering society conference. Looks like I'm going to Atlanta in October 8-)
