I don't want to hear anything from Ping until Dwight is traded.

Seriously where do these people get their sources since those directly involved in the situation are duty bound not to say anything.

Latest reports suggest Cavs want picks in deal for Andrew Bynum. "He IS the pick," said opposing team exec. But Cavs want safety net in event Bynum bails after a year. Makes sense. And why Bynum's stance on extension would be critical to entire process.
Cleveland is ridiculous. I knew the Nets trade won't happen with Cavs being the third team, and I'm certain the same goes for this. Cleveland expects to get Andrew freaking Bynum and get picks too? This trade only works if they give up atleast 3 picks....and they str expecting picks?
This would only make sense if they wanted a first round pick for taking back a bad contract from the Magic, otherwise they would know this wouldn't work since the Lakers don't have picks and everyone knows Orlando isn't getting rid of one of their picks let alone for nothing.

Crazy rumors circulating that #Cavs are embroiled in trade talks with Orlando Magic and Los Angeles Lakers. Cavs would receive center Andrew Bynum from the Lakers. Cavs would possibly send Anderson Varejao, Tristan Thompson and picks to the Magic. Story was first reported by HoopsWorld. This could also mean the Cavs might make a waiver claim on forward/center Luis Scola. http://www.news-herald...

Re: Howard Thread Pt. III
More I think about it, I would think Dan Gilbert is an idiot for not let his management team to get Bynum because he will make Cavs a relevant team with the young core it have. The cost to do it is practically a high reward with low cost to it. Bynum doesn't get the endorsements so the big market is irrelevant to him comparing to the big payday that only the team with the bird rights can have is more valuable to Bynum and his questionable knees.

Lakers Nation @LakersNation
Teams who tried to help Nets get D12: Cavs & Clippers. Teams who have injured superstars out 8 weeks: Cavs & Clippers.
Lol, a curse to try toss a wrench in the destiny of Howard to be a Laker.

9:12pm: Magic general manager Rob Hennigan wants to build his team in a similar fashion to how the Thunder were constructed, writes Kennedy (via Twitter). This plan would require Orlando to acquire multiple lottery picks and successfully draft players who would turn into superstars.

This is so unrealistic because Howard will make his team to be a playoff team.

Successfully draft players who turn into superstars? lol isn't a lot of that pretty much luck?

and how unrealistically to have multi lottery picks to have to use. If he want this then he should ship Howard to the Bobcats.

unless u get "cant miss" prospects like durant
and westbrook was supposed to be an elite defensive player straight out of UCLA, i dont think anyone thought he'd ball hog just a bit and become a max player

+1
Dan Gilbert is not going to get any big man better than Andrew Bynum. My belief when starting a team is to always get a big man first and then a point guard. Filling in between is much easier than trying to hit a home run on a point guard or big man. With Kyrie and Bynum one could say that the Cavs are already much better in their rebuilding phase than they ever were during the Lebron era.
Sure Dan Gilbert helps create one hell of a team out West but a Kyrie / Bynum led Cavs team won't be ready to compete at a high level until Kobe is done playing at an elite level anyway.

Re: Howard Thread Pt. III
Bynum, possible Scola, Alonzo Gee, Dion Waiters and Kyrie is a nice starting lineup, would def be better than the 76ers and Bucks to get the 8th seed atleast
