i feel like it's more of a shocked/happy face and his hands are up in the air. that's why it's not that good. that and memes are just ugly with bg's like that unless you crop the focal out.

Happens once every other CT it seems, this is lame compared to past ones. Jetset just can't take being the butt of a joke, even a bad one. Almost a 100% guarantee you'll get some variation on "you mad?" as a response. I've never seen him take a shot in stride (which is amazing because of how ofte he dishes it out), but it doesn't matter because I like the kid anyways.
