suck it up brah. i lost nearly 12 pounds (mostly water weight tho) coming back from vegas and getting a cold. i actually still have a cough and i wake up feeling miserable like im still sick sometimes. i knew someone else that had the exact same thing but they took antibiotics for it and it went away in a week. for me it took about 2 weeks before i felt near 100%. when i workout now my cough really comes out.

I don't want to workout because I'd probably spread the flu to others using the same equipment, I could likely lift with a cold. Running would be a different animal though.

I went to the one on Hoover. I got 20 for my family. Lines were big. Waited for half an hour.
