Im not saying the sitting thing is wrong, but im pretty sure constipation and hemorrhoids also have to do with your diet. Eat some more vegetables and less meat to get rid of those constipation problems.

Or you can continue to eat that, if you're goal is to pack on muscle, and release it more easily by squatting.

I don't eat much meat so it aint my problem. Wonder how many hemorrhoids Phano has gone through.

Im going to crap backwards on the toilet one of these days and im going to be thinking of you while I do that Ty. Let that sink in for a moment.......

edit. Pun intended

I pooped in a squat position for the first 4 or so years of my life when my grandparents had a old model toilet. Only when my parents took me back home to live with them did I first see a bidet.

The squat toilets are still common in most of Asia and as far as Turkey.

People in china poop like that all the time (and I'm sure other places too).

I'm sure they get mad squat gains as a result. And really who wouldn't do anything to improve their squat weight. I'm sold.

Amazing we got through 3 pages with pooping. was supposed to try bacwards and squatting earlier but I usually do other stuffs while doing number 2.

Hey, any findings on doing it backwards while squatting?

There's a lot of evidence that any kind of sugar, from fruit too, is not good for you. There was a NY times article about it but I'm too lazy to find it. I try not to eat any sugar at all, if I do its usually chopped fruit in shakes. Cutting right now so I'm also limiting carb intake to like 100-150g

Also in the future I don't think I'm going to cut/bulk cycle anymore. Just gonna slowly bulk on a real tiny caloric surplus so I don't gain fat. Or whatever fat gain I do get is extremely limited. I just **** hate cutting

Guess who had to fire an employee on Easter? This guy. As guilty as I felt, she had it a long time coming. Gave her one to many chances to redeem herself, but she thought she was irreplaceable.
