I'd stay away from Selden and Niang. Of the Harrison twins, I'd want Aaron (no bias). I'd also say no to Perry Ellis and Lebryan nash.

Would you guys say that the front office is good at drafting?

What are your impressions on Paige and the Harrisons?

The hard thing to tell about that is to me a huge part of drafting is development.

So obviously you go for character guys, which by and large the Lakers look to do, but with all the injuries and chaos the last 5 years, IMO it's hard to say how effective we are at developing young talent. I'd like to think we're good at it, but there's not a recent example.

Paige is really good passer, has speed, I like him. He has a drive and dish ability, he threw an over the shoulder no look pass that the big lard on UNC fumbled away, should have been a dunk. Defensively and physically he's nowhere near NBA level.

Aaron shot the ball well in this one but I heard he's coming off some major struggles so not sure what he would amount to in the NBA, may be a version of Randy Foye?

Bobby Portis out of Arkansas is pretty damn impressive. Flying under the radar right now. DX has him in the 20's right now. Don't think that stays the case come draft time.

My scouting project Willie Cauley-Stein vs Tarheels....

MIN FG FGA 3P 3PA FT FTA OR DR TOT A PF ST TO BL PTS

28 6 9 0 0 3 6 3 3 6 1 0 4 2 2 15

And to think this dude is still raw but so much of his game mirrors Anthony Davis.

Aaron has a knack of making big shots when needed, but his jumper still isn't as pure for a 2 guard as you would like it.

Andrew has the making to be a real threat at the point at the NBA level. Mock drafts have him in the low 20's, we can possibly nab him with that Houston pick. Both twins need to work on their shooting though.

Bynum ( for what we thought anyway at the time), Randle, Clarkson was a steal.....I'd say we do well. It's not an exact science.

Honestly I think the biggest steal so far has been Sacre. Kelly, idk, I was high on him as well but that pick still needs to be evaluated further. Sacre tho, you'd expect him to be out of the league right now considering where he was drafted. But he's been a serviceable back up big.

UCLA confirmed not legit. Utah will probably finish 2nd this year in the pac-12 after conference play, before winning the championship because Arizona choked in the tournament. That Stanley Johnson draft stock tho.

This top 5 pick will probably hinge on Charlotte making a turnaround.

Watching Nigel Williams Goss, the dude is a supreme passer who knows how to protect the ball with his body. He's got great vision and is probably going to even out as a good defender in the nba. Problem is he's just so unagressive at all times. The offense stagnates often because he can't make the entry pass to the wing that starts the offense. Some of that is on the coach for spamming 2 low every time they get down the court, some of it is on him for not having the awareness to go for a p/r when things break down.

Anyone know much about UNLV's frontline? They looked impressive defensively the last time I saw them. I get a boner everytime I see a frontcourt forming an iron curtain at the rim.

Kentucky vs Louisville. Some ugly ass shooting but top notch defensive bigs.
