Rest AD and Bron.
I think Trez and Shroder can keep the lead.

You understand DJ will have to defend one of AD, Bron, Harrell, Kuz, or Kieff. Allen is impressive as hell and will get even better. Jordan has been bad defensively in an individual concept since his last Clippers season. He will get played off the floor.

I just don’t want to be the team that gets spread out to all hell with Spencer, Kyrie, Joe, Lavert, and KD all out there at once like Nash talked about

The more garbage time THT gets, the more difficult he'll make it for Vogel to not give him more from someone else's share.

Solid win with Bron resting the last 7 minutes of the game.

Good win. Defense needs to improve but with time they'll start to gel. Matthews the only guy on the roster that was a -3. I hope that turns around soon.

Interesting about DJ being played off, similar to Dwight / Mcgee last year during the playoffs.

I think Schroeder and Trez are sensational, and apparently seem to need no help from Vogel to get their numbers.

We're soon gonna figure out that our goto / death / starting / clutch lineup needs Trez & AD at the 4/5. It's so clear out there. Trez's energy covers up for the inches. I'm really not concerned about the size as Trez makes up most of it with his energy and smarts.

Bron - Schroeder - Wes / Caruso - AD - Trez.

Wes Matthews - I hope Vogel can give him some more minutes and help him settle in to the defensive schemes, as he is gonna be extremely crucial defensively, being the only player, other than Bron, who can ably guard the bigger elite wings in the league in terms of strength and technique - Luka, Kawhi, KD, PG, Giannis.

It’s a good time to be a Laker fan. So much to look forward to still so much to enjoy now.

That was easy. And we ain't even close to being all that we can be. Vogel still has some tinkering to do. Chemistry is still building. And we've gotta get an interior game so as to pull that out of the toolbox when needed. But we look dangerous

Lol Dennis is showing how easy it is to play off 2 mvp type players
Remember how well he was creating with an offensively challenged OKC? Well damn! He will make us forget Rondo so quick
If Harrell can hit that jumper than I might love the pick up, what a game

There is a youtube video where a reporter was hanging out at the bubble watching THT and Javale practice shots, he said that Vogul was within earshot on the sideline watching them. The reporter told another reporter buddy of his that THT was looking really good. Vogul heard him and turned around and told them “f*** this kid is gonna start for me next year”.

I can’t remember the name of the video or the reporter that told that story, but I know it wasn’t a Lakers beat reporter.

If Trez develops that 15 footer. Sinks it with consistency. We are gonna force teams to sit their Bigs. Because that is unguardable for many 7 footers. That pulls them from the paint. And we run the Lanes right behind them.

Strong showing from start to finish. It never felt like we could lose this game. Schröder and Harrell both had great games.I hope they can keep it up.

Trez shooting form mechanics look really good. He should be able to consistently sink that mid range jumper.

Trez has that jumper. Perfect for pulling the joker out of the paint, open it up for lobs to LBJ and AD. Schröder can be an attacking popcorn machine all by himself which would create lanes for cuts, slip screens etc.

THT is looking like he’s backing up all of that potential talk and more.

I still propose that using Schröder and LBJ at the same time is not ideal. Not unless LBJ plays the 4. Both would have to improve at playing off the ball. Better to start KCP and AC who complement LBJ and AD better.

I’d start Marc or Trez based on the opponent. Same with AC or Schroeder.

Wes needs to play a more disciplined team defense style of defense than his current one on five style flapping of the arms. ‘Don’t mistake activity for achievement’, John Wooden.

Edit: great win. We jogged across the finish line. AD and LeBron barely broke a sweat.
