Is there any realistic way that Lakers can trade for Trae Young "WITH OUT" giving up Austin Reaves?

Also when Is the due date that DLO has to OPT In OR not OPT In on his contract ???

If DLo opts in I would trade him for Trae Young. DLo did not redeem himself this playoffs. He can have great games during the RS, very smooth on offense, but I think I had enough. I would rather gamble and try Trae. AR should remain on this team.

this off season gonna depend on him opting IN to be able to trade him, If not lose him for nothing

If they lose him and he walks, not sure what the deal Is If Lakers can still get a 3rd star with out trading Reaves... I'd love to get young paired with Reaves In backcourt, Reaves Defense makes up for Youngs lack of it. I don't think Lakers have a shot at getting Donovan so I'm rooting for Young, also because he can pass etc star not afriad of the bright lights and is still Young, Unless Donovan demands trade to Lakers It's not happening next best thing IMO Is Young

Whatever DLo decides, I hope we stick on keeping Austin. Honestly, he is the one who I want to have the ball during crunch time (I'd prefer he has it even over Bron and AD). Very good BBIQ and decision making, can fish for fouls and shoot free-throws, and he is not afraid to shoot the ball. So we need to keep him.

This guy has been so bad that no team other than the Lakers have signed him other than GS which did with a gun to their head to rid themselves of Durant.

To choose this guy if there are alternatives is the height is stupidity.

The part I like about that video, is that despite all the analysis......the first couple minutes summed it up pretty well: NOBODY WANTS HIM!!

Well I certainly hope he's gone soon. However its done. According to that video, we'd have to make salaries match perfectly for that trade to work. Not a penny more/less. So really unlikely. I also would rather keep our picks, than get Young.

Really good player. But he's not the next face of our franchise. Keep the picks.

Well we dangled him at the trade window. No bites....including the Warriors. So im not so sure about that.

Yep nice trade ... Bulls fans want 1st round pic for Caruso If they except that, take It and run, but with the DD might have include 2026 pic as well? Just to keep bulls happy with the trade - I'd still do It only real big problem would be floor spacing, but again I'd still take It
