have you confirmed you're getting power to the window? i know you mentioned at first that you heard a click everytime you pushed the button, but just double checking.

I just plugged in the wires again and connected them to the power up/down buttons and the drivers side worked but now the passenger side didn't! Haha, what the. I have a feeling it might not be the motor.

oh yeah, its very rewarding, i've never taken my car in for anything, though i considered it when i had to swap out my motor years and years ago. up to that point i had done basic stuff, never a full motor swap. just dove right in, felt great after.
