where in mexico?

i was in mexicali, baja california for three days then in san luis rio colorado, sonara for another three days.

isn't it hot in mexico?

i think the hottest it got the enitre time i was there was about 92 degrees. it wasn't that bad.

if you think chinese food tastes better in mexico, then the only chinese place youve been to is panda express.

i'm assuming you think panda express sucks and i agree. as far as chinese, i've to lot of them near where i live and chinese in mexico beats them all hands down. however, if you know of a really good place let know

not really any good chinese places i know of around where i live, but i know of a couple amazing places in Newport Beach. theres this place in downtown too, i forget what its called dough.

If you're from the L.A area there are so many great chinese restaurants in downtown/Chinatown. Pretty much any restaurant you walk into you can't go wrong

i think that's my problem. i don't really like going downtown at all but it's only about 30 mins from my house. i'm going to have to bust a mission one of these days for some good chinese.

to find good chinese food, you go where the chinese people are. its really that simple. same with every kind of food.

The ironic thing is this, is when i went to little Tokyo to get some good Ramen at a Japanese restaurant there, were hispanic people making it :lol:

but yeah Downtown China town is awesome!
Just Yelp a restaurant by there and look for yourself. There was this restaurant that me and my family would always go to and it is relatively cheap if you go in a group. I don't recall the name, but ill ask and let you know

dude, everytime i go to mexicali i have to get Chinese food. its the best. love it there and u feed a family of 10 for like $30 bucks.

thats the thing. there are a lot of chinese restaurants in mexicali and its not my fellow mexicans making the food. there's actually a good number of chinese people living there.

I like Seafood Cove in Garden Grove on Westminster Blvd and Magnolia.

If you want authentic Chinese food, go to San Gabriel, Monterey Park, and Alhambra. There's a large Chinese community over there. Lots of great places for dim sum, bistros, etc.

Wong's Wok on Tampa/Saticoy in the area with the Albertsons, man I **** love their Chow Mein. Way better than Panda Express' expensive not as good BS
