the trick is once you hit +1 and you go to the first post, you can hit the back button on your browser and it will take you back

it will look like your +1 didn't work on the counter, but its there if you refresh the screen

i don't think there is a way to tell who liked what

only way to know is if they say they did it, which would defeat the purpose of putting this in place in the first place
