Wake up, no city buses come to take me to the shuttle I catch to work so I "walk" 20 minutes in 12 minutes with a backpack/laptop and in blue jeans (work requires long pants). On the way my vigorous walking style somehow jimmied my coffee lose from the side of my backpack and it poured hot coffee down my side. I make it to the bus barely, and sweaty at this point. Get down to work only to realize that there are students from another university here today and one of them was assigned to my desk . At least I'll get to go home early?

Also, update in all things Ryan, my summer research abstract got accepted to the annual biomedical engineering society conference. Looks like I'm going to Atlanta in October .

Who knew the cool kids have bad days just like the rest of us.

Congrats dude, that's awesome. Re-locating to Atlanta or just for the conference?

the following cities

reseda, northridge, tarzana, canoga park, woodland hills, west hills, encino, north hills, granada hills, lake balboa, that general area.

problem is for doormatt anything beyond a 5 mile radius is simply too far.

I've been to Encino. Maybe driven to those other areas a few times for work. Not really my part of town. I forget how big So Cal can be.

Do you guys like Topz? A burger joint on canoga I think?
Also there used to be this restaurant across the street from Taft. Called Rosie's that had the best fries I've ever tried but they closed or relocated

I don't remember.
People like Daglas on winnetka and Sherman way/vanowen?? I don't remember haven't been by the valley in a while. I only go there because my girl lives there! The fries at Daglas are greasy as **** though!
