Baseball seems like the one sport where players that are "done" still have a shot at contributing though.

Not when you've been rapidly declining ever since you left Houston and have trouble staying on the field. Matter of fact, Oswalt had back problems while he was with the Astros, those aren't going to go away. Not only did he have lingering back problems while in Philadelphia, but his production is down all across the board. The velocity isn't there, he just isn't the same player. The only reason why he isn't signed right now is because he still thinks he's an above average pitcher and wants money like he's one. If Anaheim wants to cave in and pay him then fine, he's still a somewhat serviceable pitcher. But not for the money that he's looking.

Found a buyer for a 23 carat diamond. Stupid people keep getting in the way making things worse after the price is agreed upon. Apparently the buyer is a current MLB player. Seller is in another country and doesn't trust the security of shipping it to the US. Probably the smallest of deals I've come across and it's still difficult.

It's probably Pujols, he'll probably get it put in a ring seeing as he won't win another.

I'm alright. We're supposed to be getting bad storms and even be under a tornado warning later on today, so I gotta go out and get some stuff to prepare. I don't have any batteries for my xbox controller, arizona teas, or swedish fish.

No it's not him, but good guess though.

Update, got off the phone with the seller's goon. Spent an hour debating with the guy to trust a legit well known third-party shipper (that's commonly used in the jewelry industry) to handle the diamond ring that we are paying to do the service instead of having the buyer spend 3 days flying to Asia to see the ring. Yeah, I'm going to have a baseball player tell the team he needs time off to fly across the globe to buy a ring.

Plan B. Searched and found another ring that happens to be in the US. Price is similiar, ring is almost the same but bigger... seller's not an ****... okay... hope I can make this deal and tell the dumbasses in Asia to **** off, I got another ring.

Saw 21 Jumpstreet and The Hunger Games yesterday.

21 Jumpstreet had me in tears. Channing Tatum has no personality but this movie did a complete 180 on him.

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG THE HUNGER GAMES WAS SOOOOOO GOOD. I WAS CRYING AND AWW-ING AND GASPING THE ENTIRE TIME. Keep in mind, I haven't read the books so I didn't know what was going to happen. The entire theater just collectively went "aww" & "ahh!" or *gasp* at certain moments.

I STILL DON'T KNOW IF I'M TEAM PEETA OR TEAM GALE. CAN SHE HAVE THEM BOTH?!?!?!?!?!

Geez, Jennifer Lawrence is perfect. I almost ignored the fact that none of the three main characters look 16 because of how amazing they are.
