Had the craziest bi/tri pump this morning. One of the best arm workouts I've had in recent memory. Amazing what a slight change in routine can do.

working bi/tris is such a waste of a workout day

do your heavy back movements like bentover rows/pendlay rows, pullups etc, and your heavy chest movements like bench, incline etc and your arms will grow very nicely and proportionally

You're talking about proportionality but you insist that I shouldn't work on my arms and that they'll grow on their own through other workouts? That doesn't sound contradictory at all.
