Also I case I die from the sheer joy my first championship will bring, my mans Optms owns my 2024 1st.

We were planning to do a separate deal in the summer. I don't own 2023's, I gave him my 2024 1st. Deal can only be processed during the draft.

So it's Giddey and 1st for Curry. For those who want to cry about it.

RO going all in though. Never thought I'd see original first rounders in the same team

I was on lunch break and I forgot give notice. But yeah, the deal came about last night (US time) and we just got it done this morning.

Giddey is just a good prospect to me. He isn't worth Curry alone, who is putting up elite fantasy value and should continue to do for years, even at his age. I would not have done it if he didn't include that 2024 1st. He's probably drinking over the deal and can't keep his mouth shut so there you have it. Ro is drunk. And I'm getting back a 2024 1st in a later deal this summer.

So an essense, Curry is a rental.

In the Summer, based on how I still view Giddey and potentially where my draft pick lands, I'm trading him back to Ro in exchange for Curry + 2024 1st. Or if I decide to keep Giddey, then we will do a separate deal for Ro's 2024 1st. Make sense to everyone?

Ro going all in, and then going out of this league in two years once half his roster falls off a cliff.

Or you'll just make some bull excuse about how you cant manage this team anymore because you don't have time. And then some new owner will inherit your trash roster. Trades like this are just grimy imo.

Realistically speaking, I think I can get 3 years out of this.

Lebron's retiring after this and Butler will be 38, Curry 38 and Kawhi 34 if he's still around which is not a certainty.

I'll squeeze the last juice out of them tires with hopefully 1-2 rings on my fingers, then I'll chill for 5 years collecting lottery picks,

I'm never quitting this team, I don't know what the **** you're talking about. I have this team precisely because I traded all my young guys from the previous rebuild.

This is a cycle, it's gonna be repeated.

I know you're butthurt, but don't have to be worry about me. I always made the most trades, most adds during every season and even the Award part in this thread's title is literally because of me being here and talking ****.

I'm the last guy you need to accuse of quitting. This **** is hilarious.

You guys don't know Ro. Dude wouldn't stop bothering me for one of my 1sts last year.

Guarantee you he'll be trying to get someone's 1st this summer because he'll fall in love with some unknown prospect like he did last year. He not going anywhere

Eason is the goat fantasy player when he gets minutes. Shut it.

I do like one of them twins a lot, I'll let you scramble your brains as to which one all summer long. 8-) You know I'm getting him.

Okay I don't wanna be that guy but...

Didn't we discuss future picks trades aren't allowed past the current year's draft, in this case 2023?

His 2024 1st hasn't been traded.

We just made an agreement to trade his 2024 pick the moment it becomes eligible after the 2023 draft.

So basically, it is a "delayed trade" due to it being in principle technically speaking

Part of a package, to be included later on

Lol, I said I was gonna give Curry back if he wants him.

Sure he will. I'm never seeing my white boy back again.

Also two things from the past draft. Talked with a bunch of dudes about trades and made recomandations when asked.

One took my advice, one didn't. You might think I'm a **** and I'm bluffing to derail your team but I'm not that kind of guy.
My advices are genuine and reflect my exact thoughts on certain players, regardless if we're in a competition or not.

One is Jalen Williams. What a **** stud this kid is gonna be for fantasy purposes. He literally does it all. I ran out of picks and advised insfo to take him since he asked for an opinion on who to take in that range(#18 pick I think). I don't think he regrets that move.

That other dude is obviously tugs. That stubborn ass couldn't conceive me giving me an advice and actually going for it.
I said take Walker Kessler with the pick I gave you in the Lebron trade. He took Mark Williams. The rest is history.

Can't wait for this Summer. I'm eager to hear your take on if I should take Wemby or one of the Thompson twins, Ro. Will be looking forward to it.

Well you know you're picking 5/6 already so there's your answer.

I'm getting Ausar, I'm already calling it now.

Josh Giddey tho

I think you might end up regreting that move if he continues to play like this the rest of the way. 8-)
