I just got back from football practice, and I always feel like crap when I do. It's not because I'm sore or anything like that. It's just mental, I always feel lonley and useless since the coaches never give me reps when there is scrimmages and many players don't acknowledge who I am, some do, but most don't. I just always feel like crap because of that.

I had to make my sad rant, sorry guys. I thought Football would have been fun when I first joined, but maybe it would have been If I played all 4 years instead of skipping 3 years and just playing one.

Once the games start up, if you have their backs(or fronts, lol), they'll be signing you praises.... be patient, it won't come all at once either, and most likely if you haven't had much contact with the other players up until now, all that you described isn't too uncommon. If you work hard and do what you're supposed to, you'll get noticed, and in a good way.

Thanks Laker Fam. Thanks a lot. DoctaJ I know exactly how you feel. It's like a younger version of hitting 40 or something. I'm no longer a teen, and my life has to get going now. The yolk of youth is gone. I may still be young, but I must now go about my business as a grown man. It's good stuff and I think I'll be just fine. We'll see. I hope to pursue a career in law, politics, or both God-willing. Wish me luck.
