When you can get a kickass console for $250 why spend all the time on assembling a gaming machine and overclocking the processor and all that crap?

honestly as someone who played nothing but console games for my entire life, pc is clearly superior.

everything about them. i play all types of games. role playing, fps, strategy, etc. pc can support better graphics/higher performance, offers better controls with a mouse/keyboard, and has more games available. you can play almost every game on pc. whereas if you have an xbox you cant play certain games (like God of War or League of Legends), and same for ps3.

dont really see how pc isnt clearly the best gaming system at this point. and i still love console gaming, but pc is superior imo.

nintendo makes the best games, but they are only on nintendo systems so pc gaming can't be better

the only thing i'll agree on as it pertains to a pc is it's ability to display better graphics. most games that come out for pc end up on the 360 anyway (yes diablo will be on the 360 eventually) and the others are usually mulitplatform titles that are usually shared between 360/ps3. so game library isn't really a sticking point. and if it's coming down to controls, i'll take a controller over a mouse and keyboard all 7 days of the week.

most people that play racing games seriously like GT have different controllers. but yes, it would play better on the pc, since you can use any controller on the pc.

well i was talking about people specifically using different controllers that dont come with consoles. and the mouse/keyboard is far superior to the standard controllers that do.

For what its worth theres a much larger competitive scene for PC games than there are for consoles, nobody gives a **** about competitive console gaming anymore.
