The **** are you talking about?
Have you seen Giddey play?

You're telling me Giddey + 1st is not worth a 35 year old in a dynasty league?

You **** need to check TJ McConnell statline at half. Absolute insanity.

The fact that you let me grab him after Hali went down is borderline criminal.

ROballer wrote:Also two things from the past draft. Talked with a bunch of dudes about trades and made recomandations when asked.

One took my advice, one didn't. You might think I'm a **** and I'm bluffing to derail your team but I'm not that kind of guy.
My advices are genuine and reflect my exact thoughts on certain players, regardless if we're in a competition or not.

One is Jalen Williams. What a **** stud this kid is gonna be for fantasy purposes. He literally does it all. I ran out of picks and advised insfo to take him since he asked for an opinion on who to take in that range(#18 pick I think). I don't think he regrets that move.

That other dude is obviously tugs. That stubborn ass couldn't conceive me giving me an advice and actually going for it.
I said take Walker Kessler with the pick I gave you in the Lebron trade. He took Mark Williams. The rest is history.
F U man. F U.

We have to see Mark play first to gauge, although I never doubted your assessment that Walker will immediately contribute due to the available PT. Williams, otoh, I was banking on a potential Amare-Nash combo with LaMelo

Someone needs to fire Cliffords' ass, man

Kessler tho

20/21/4ast/2blks on 9-14 FG

I rated both those dudes the same but it was clear Kessler had a much clearer path to minutes. Anyway, drafting Hornets guys is too risky for me unless they are an A-level prospect. Mark Williams might need a new team to blossom ala Carter JR or Markkanen.

Cant believe Ro traded Sengun. First time watching him and he's taking the Lakers to the woodshed.

All my young guys are studs. Scottie has erupted as well after I traded him, we don't even need to talk about Giddey.
Even Sochan has shown a ton of glimpses for how raw he is.

My only regret is my attachement to their development. I'm still following their paths.

Can't fault the return though. Jaren Jackson is a monster this year, when he blocks 3 shots it's a bad game for him.
Butler has missed a bunch of games but he's been as close to elite as they come when available.

Kawhi is the Kawhi of old. I don't think I would've scored Sochan for him if I offered now. Textbook definition of buying low.

All is left is Curry and he's getting there.
The fact that all their teams suck and they need to bust their ass just to make the playoffs is a welcomed bonus for me.

Mark Williams can't play, it was a bad bad decision and that's it. Now and in the future.

Clifford has nothing to do with it, he gave chances to guys like McGowens who's very yound and a second rounder, JT Thor who's pretty much the same.

Kai Jones and Williams are athletic as **** and that's it. There's a reason Nick Richards was the backup all year and these two couldn't sniff the court even for a team that's clearly tanking.

It's finished. This **** is playing tough and joking around.

But the truth is the deal is done and he's not giving up Giddey back, as much as I would love to get him back in the summer.

Don't want to sound cocky here, it's not the case.

But seeing how the week started, the injuries moonie has, the numbers he had last week with those injuries and the schedule for the rest of the week... I felt I had the chance to get the 9-0 here.

It's an extremely rare feat, it was done only 9 times in 9 years, and the last one was in 2020. And usually against tanking teams, it's unheard of to be done against teams with such positive winning records. It's very hard to do even against tanking teams, because those teams usually have low turnover numbers. There were a gazillion 8-1's along our history, most with turnovers being the only cat not won.
But very few 9-0's as I mentioned above.

My trades made means I ditched the punting strategy I used for 8,5 seasons. Depending on who plays or not, I can win every cat right now.

But obviously Lillard shifts the balance a little bit, there's no way I can pull 3's and FT% now.
