WCS has the highest ceiling in the bunch ...I'm only liking Capela because he starts in Hou now, and I want to win now

But as soon as they get a competent C (via trade or signing next summer), I expect him to resume the backup big role...

What you expect and what is the absolute fantasy value of a player are clearly two different things
