It's a bit high. He's a solid post defender and scores efficiently, but he doesn't seem like a good fit for the Knicks, at least not at that price. Part of this is probably to entice CP3 as the Knicks do have a few assets that they can trade such as Amare or Melo.

Looks like Shannon Brown is going to Phoenix

Shannon Brown is nearing a one year, $3.5M deal with the Phoenix Suns, league source tells Y! Sports.

We should have traded Brown to the Suns for the rights to Aaron Brooks

^No the Clips are spending money stupidly as usual ... $8mil for Butler who is coming off knee surgery and on the downside of his career ... wow. They would have been wise and had an amazing young roster had they just waited and paid WILSON CHANDLER when the Chinese season ends.

Caron is no better than Vince Carter ... who signed for $1.3mil a year ...

Now, to the dude above who was asking if Tyson Chadler is worth the contract he's getting ... the answer is ... NO! Not even close. The guy is nothing special at all, a huge injury risk (has played more than 69 games just 2x in his entire career!), a below average rebounder, a well below average shot blocker (surprisingly the two things he is know for), a horrible offensive player with no arsenal or range at all ... however he is 7'1, 29 years old and coming off a title season so the Knicks overpaid big time for him.

I will say though that Chandler is a great teammate and a true warrior who "plays the game the right way" but that won't matter much is he ends up averaging 9/7/1.1 and playing 50 games a year over the length of his contract!

Because, like everyone else, you dislike the Lakers and are content to let the Derek Fisher era continue another year or two.

I had a dream last night that Derek Fisher declared his intention to retire before the season started, but was replaced by Chauncey Billups.

the Nuggets are stacking up with Fernandez and Brewer. makes sense since Chandler and Smith won't be back soon.

Great news, although Ibaka is exceptionally talented.

Pau won the Euro Champiomship with Serge this past summer.
Pretty sure they went head to head in alot of those practices.

Hopefully this new kid McBob will help Pau and Drew out alot.

When the Hornets, Lakers and Rockets returned to the negotiating table after an initial Chris Paul trade was rejected, the NBA demanded that Kyle Lowry and Patrick Patterson be included in Houston's offer.

At that point, they would finally be given Pau Gasol.

Lowry, Patterson, Kevin Martin, Luis Scola and Goran Dragic, the NBA's asking price to route Gasol to the Rockets, would have represented five of their top six players.

That's way to much to give up for Gasol

B-Diddy to NY. This along with the Chandler signing, and the Knicks are finally bringing in the pieces to surround Melo and Amar'e. Going to be a real exciting up coming year in New York this season. I'm not even a Knicks fan and I'm excited.
