.300 and above is excellent, .290-.280 is good, .270-.260 is average, anything lower than .250 is considered bad.

Fiajis are like this, fried onion and batter and stuff

Chicken pakora is bits of chicken fried in a batter

Patis is a turnover with meat in it

Samosas have meat or veggies in em (ours had potato)
