Hey guys. Was hoping if you could help me out. I used to wear a knee brace on my left knee and a calf sleeve on my right calf. now both knees are acting up and I want to get your take on knee sleeves. was planning on buying LP's power sleeves

Will probably buy a pair to get full support on both legs. right know I feel I also have a calf strain because of that 120 min basketball we played 2 weeks ago. I easily get cramps from that leg now.

i assume you stretch beforehand, but i would suggest strengthening the surrounding muscles around your knees. I'm sure you can research some relevant exercises corresponding to just that.

Personally, minor knee pains that i have experienced were ameliorated by squats/calf raises and the like.

Hell no. I just want them gone altogether, it's not like there's a shortage of ads on the website already.

Applied for a new job yesterday as a purchasing specialist at one of the biggest casinos in the city. Pretty good change that I'll get the job because I'm really qualified, and my dad knows the head of the HR department. Pay is only $16/hr, which isn't too good, but I'll take whatever I can get for the time being. This whole job hunting process has been such a drag.

The bottom ads aren't blocked by ad blocker plus on chrome (I'm sure I could add them though).

tugs from your post it seems like you get injured frequently.
Sleeves and what not will not necessarily heal your injuries only prolong the injury from getting worst.
My best advice to you is to just rest.

I've been strengthening the muscles around the knees. the brace is just for added support and it keeps my legs warm to avoid cramps (so they say but I still do warm ups and extensive stretching pre games) and I feel I perform better (this one's probably more of an AI effect similar with his sleeves).
