My cousin was a LT for the Eagles... He looked about like that. Just a good old Wisconsin Farm Boy... Didn't really work out that much. He just had good DNA.

I used to hang around the gym when the football players at my uni worked out and those guys would get pretty huge over the summer in like 3 months, I'd think an NFL player with gifted genetics and a proper training program could likely do it if all he does is eat, lift and sleep.

This guy looks like a freak though, so could be steroids.

Well he's a LT, speed and stamina is likely not an issue for him. He just needs to be built like a brick wall.

i mean compared to other NFL level athletes his speed and agility is probably poor.
