Well, bad mistake by a back up running back (who played very well otherwise). It's obvious USC can hang with and beat any team, just too young right now and Luck was too good.

Great effort on the part of both teams. On my way home now. BTW, there should have been :01 left on the clock at the end of regular play.

I remember when we lost to Cinci my freshman year in a similar fashion, albeit not 3 OTs (we lost our trip to the sugar bowl bc we fumbled an extra point kick). It is painful. Good news for you, Halloween isn't over yet!

People get away with holds in football like players get away with fouls in bball. It happens. But there's a difference when there's an obvious call with the game on the line. I don't know why the refs, even having reviewed it, kept with the official call. Stubborn hoes.

Even you're not denying that there should have been a second left. We coulda got a FG in that single second. But like I said, great game and great play by both QBs. Defense was doing work for Stanford and SC. This just goes to show USC can keep up with the best of teams, so I ain't even mad anymore.
