I have faith Kuz jumper will come around... it's sort of like taking a golf lesson...your next several rounds you'll play like sh**. He just have to trust the process and stick with it.

We're a team that should have zero problems breaking down the zone... We're a crap 3pt team but we're clearly trying to find the open 3 first second and falling back to an inside shot as like a 3rd option.

Kuz is just really out of sync with the team right now... He's been better on D, but he's just not on the same page as everyone else on either end of the floor.

He shouldn't rely that much on his very inconsistent 3 pt shot. He'll never be above average on this aspect. Mid-range and inside.

Agree... he's been a huge negative at this point. Given he missed all of camp and the preseason, he's basically playing catchup.

It's obvious he's pressing offensively. Not too surprising with a younger guy missing camp. I too think his defense has been a notch better than last year. He's recognizing the defensive system. Not sure we had one last year.

Kuzma is digging himself a huge hole at 3 for 21 from deep that his season ending average won’t be able to to recover from.

Kuz needs to stop taking EVERY 3 that comes his way no matter the situation. He will never help this team if he thinks he is Kyle Korver.

One of those was a halfcourt bankshot too at the buzzer. Been an incredibly rough start.

Question I have is, is this just a result of rust? Or is it a result of him playing on a team that has ramped up the intensity about 1000%?

I think it's still to soon to definitively say he'll never be above average on 3s. He did have one above average at 37% and one below average at 30%... time will tell which is the better indicator.

Yeah... Kuz is not clicking for sure. He's coming back from an extended time off. That said... he's been as effective as Bron tonight.

Valid question. It could quite possibly be a bit of both.

First game this season when I felt we're better with McGee on the floor than with Howard.

We're shook by this defense. Davis is turning it over all over the place. Ugly.

He was a fairly consistent shooter from deep in his first year. Last year not so much but he was bothered by lower leg injury's most of the second half. He's always been a streak shooter it seems. My guess is we'll see a 6-8 from 3 game soon from him.

For me he becomes a lot more valuable when he learns he shoots 55%+ inside the arc and does more of that.

He needs to slash like he did in the last game
