True. It was a typical white bite too. He thought the swimmer was a seal and came up and took a bite out of the guys legs. When he realized it was just a bony human he let him go. His buddies brought him to shore and he just bleed out. 66 year old, retired Dr. Swims the same cove for 25 years. They say the shark was about 15-17 feet long.

This is the same water where I frequently surf...

Well shark attacks are exceptionally rare. You are more likely to get killed driving to the beach or drowning than from an actual attack.

Where was this at? Is it a heavy populated beach?

Yeah.. I have been surfing for about 25 years. Actually had a great white shark swim under me one time and bump my board. He was about 15 feet long.

Its in Solano Beach. Its pretty populated during the weekend and summer times. Where they actual attack took place was fletcher cove. It was @ 7 am and him and 9 of his triathlete buddies were doing their morning swim that they do every morning. Its usually less populated at that time. Its about 5 -8 miles south of where I go.

The funny thing.. is many of my buddies are surfing right now. They dont care.

You know you can do better than that. ;)

How about you have both of them on a webcam for us to judge.

Then, one of the mods can connect the two broads and chat live! (after your date of course)

Finally, with your e-fame in tack, you get to go on Jerry Springer (is that guy still alive?) and get your tv-fame.

Win/Win, baby.

Get cracking.

Need to start getting regular sleep. I was getting used to doing my work in the nights when it gets all quiet and distraction free but I look terribly tired and restless at times.

Try having permanent insomnia.

I make an effort to watch all the good games during playoff times...

TNT got all the good games today.

I might skip the first game though.

I'll try to get back to you on that sometime next week.^

You could recommend some rock/hiphop to me in the meantime though.

I used to do that back in college but grad school is a bit too tiresome to go sleepless.

Weekends is another thing though. I stayed up tonight to watch a soccer game at 6:30 AM. Nothing like going out to eat at 3 in the morning.

I was hooked onto Lupe's album for quite a while and then Trixx recommended this underground rap band called "Cunninlynguistics", they are pretty good too.

I've been listening to a lot of Ice Cube's old stuff over the past week.
