The black wall in one of the earlier photos is actually where the original FBI fence was around the area.

The whole are is very humble in nature. This area used to be a strip mine and it's been replanted and reengineered into a naturally sustainable area. There are plans to keep developing the acres of land with additional, natural memorials.
