Ive been working out for like ten years. Plus I actually get a lot of cardio from ball, which I play like 3 times a week.

Im on vacay in ny for my sis wedding so I got tons of free time, so im open to suggestions

Keep your reps in the 4-6 range and get to heavy weights. Try to get 5 sets in for the compound movements and do squats/bench more than once a week and deadlifts once a week.

FOr meals, I just eat whenever I feel hungry and it takes me to 4 or 5 meals a day. Lunch and dinner are my big meals, pre-workout meal is fruit and a sandwich. I need add more to my breakfast but I'm a lazy ass so I wake up late and get a coffee/protein bars/bagels for now.

yo, heavy weights + low reps is for strength building right? you'll definitely gain but not as much as the 8-12/3, or is it?

I mix it up per week so my body won't get bored. I usually play with the 4-6 then 8-10.

ya low reps heavy weight is for strength training primarily

8-12 rep is the optimal range for building muscle
